Our first memory of Derek goes WAY back to good old days when the family lived above the very lively successful Cronins Pub in Newmarket on Fergus. We were staying with the family, Derek had just acquired probably his first keyboard & the poor fella was called into the sitting room to perform a couple of numbers for us without the benefit of any practice or notice! It was the start of something special for all but especially for Derek & his family. We feel privileged to have known Derek & all of them. Our very sincere condolences to the whole family. Knowing only too well the pain & sorry of such a loss we truly wish Derek to RIP & his family peace. Love Russ & Gail xx
