Farewell to someone I have known over the past 20+ years. Thanks for all the sushi dinners and casual banter about jazz (and all music). Thanks for showing me what you were working on in 'the lab' (Shomera), and the Pink Floyd segments; Thanks for the tickets to Breathe and to see you weave absolute magic at the Sgt Pepper's in Concert with the UCD Orchestra. Thanks for playing the piano at our wedding, with Aoibhe on vocals. I'll remember the New Year's Eve get-togethers spent at our house with our families, watching Jools Holland until the early hours, our kids playing games together - long may it continue with Aoibhe, Cole and Cora.
